How I think about building.

Notes on product engineering, shipping, and the business behind the build.

Two things end up here. The first is what I notice while building: how projects actually get scoped, why they stall three weeks in, and what shipping looks like when one person owns the whole thing from the first call to the final deploy. The second is AI, specifically the parts that genuinely change how software gets made, and the parts that are noise wearing a headline.

I write for founders and small teams: the people deciding whether to build something, who to trust with it, and what it will really cost in time and attention. No posting schedule, no filler. When something is worth the twenty minutes, it goes up.
