Ambiguous idea in.Shipped product out.

I’m Sahal. Founders bring me the half-formed version, the messy brief, the thing that has been stuck in a doc for months. I turn it into a website or product that ships and moves the business. One person, the whole way through.

Sahal Shaikh, product engineer.

01In their words

Don't take my word for it.

Real clients, unscripted, on what it was actually like to work together.

02The problem

Most projects don’t fail from bad code. They fail from no clear path.

You’ve got the vision: maybe a deadline, maybe a half-built site and a developer who went quiet. What you don’t have is someone who can take the whole thing off your plate and actually ship it.

That’s the part I’m good at: turning “I think I want this” into something real that works.

05How it works

Clarity from day one.

01

The call

We talk through what you're building and whether I'm the right fit. No pitch.

02

The plan

I map the path: what we build, in what order, and what it gets you.

03

The build

I ship in tight loops. You always know exactly where things stand.

04

Live

We launch something that works. No babysitting needed.

06Why me

Why founders keep coming back.

I think in business, not just code

Before I change a single word or build a single feature, I ask what it does for your business. I only win when you do.

I ship fast, without the mess

Speed isn't cutting corners. It's knowing exactly what to build, and what to skip.

07About
Sahal Shaikh at his laptop, mid-build.

I became the person every team (design, SEO, DevOps) came to when they got stuck.

Turns out I was good at more than writing code: I was good at making the right call. Now I do that for founders who need a product shipped right.

08Questions

Questions, answered.

Do you only build websites?

Mostly websites, sometimes full applications. If it lives on the web and needs to work flawlessly, it's in my lane.

What does it cost?

It depends on scope. That's what the call is for. I'll be straight with you about whether your budget and goals line up before we go further.

Do you work across time zones?

Yes. I've worked with US and UK teams for years. Good engineering is also good communication. You'll never wonder what's happening.

What if we're not a fit?

Then I'll tell you on the call, and point you in a better direction. No hard feelings, no wasted money.

Can you work with my existing team?

Absolutely. I can lead, build solo, or plug into what you've got, and bring in more hands when a project needs them.

Let’s build the path.
