A home care service that had to feel trustworthy before it was read

Fairpath came with a rough idea and not much else. A week later they had a custom site that families across ten Georgia counties could actually trust.

01The client

Who Fairpath Healthcare are

Fairpath Healthcare provides in-home care for elderly and vulnerable people across ten counties in Georgia, covering Metro Atlanta and the surrounding region. They have been operating for more than seven years, are fully bonded and insured, and run a 24/7 emergency support line.

It is a private-pay service, which changes what the website has to do. There is no insurer in the middle deciding on the family's behalf. The decision gets made at a kitchen table by people choosing who to trust with a parent, and the site is usually the first thing they see.

02The brief

Where they started

They arrived with a rough idea and not much else, which is how they put it themselves. The care business was real and had been running for years. What did not exist was any version of it a family could find, read, and decide to trust.

03The approach

How it was built

The hard part was never the build. It was thinking on behalf of someone in Georgia who is about to let a stranger into their mother's house. That person is not comparing feature lists. They are looking for a reason to believe you, and they will leave the moment something feels off.

So the trust had to come from the interface and the words at the same time. A site can say "bonded and insured" and still feel unsafe if the layout is careless or the tone is salesy. I worked at it the unglamorous way: studying how the care providers that do feel trustworthy actually present themselves, then iterating until the page was something you would be willing to hand to your own parent.

Built custom in Next.js rather than assembled from a template, because the trust signals had to sit exactly where the reading eye needed them, not wherever a theme happened to put them.

04The result

What it does now

Nine services are laid out plainly, from personal care and skilled nursing through to companionship, transportation, respite care and care coordination, so a family can find their own situation without decoding a brochure.

The signals a private-pay decision actually turns on are stated up front rather than buried: fully bonded and insured, background-checked caregivers, professional training, and a response within two business hours.

The primary action is a free in-home assessment rather than a generic contact form, which matches how the service really starts.

05In their words
We came to Sahal with a rough idea and not much else. He turned it into a website that finally reflects the care we give. It feels warm and trustworthy, our families have noticed, and he had it live faster than we expected. Easy to work with from start to finish.
