A staffing agency, from the logo outward

Veylix places permanent, contract and executive professionals across the US and Canada. The brief was not a website. It was the entire public face of the business.

01The client

Who Veylix Staffing are

Veylix Staffing has been placing permanent, contract and executive professionals across the United States and Canada since 2016. They work across technology, healthcare, finance, engineering, legal, logistics, sales and creative roles.

A staffing agency sells what every competitor sells, so the public-facing work is doing positioning, not just information. It has to make a company believe these are the people to hand a hiring problem to.

02The brief

Where they started

The engagement covered the whole online persona rather than a single site: the logo, the website, banners, brochures and pricing pages. Everything a prospective client would ever see, built as one coherent thing rather than assembled from parts made by different people at different times.

03The approach

How it was built

Two audiences, five service lines each, plus multiple forms and interactive pieces. The obvious failure mode for a site that size is doing everything and communicating nothing, and it is a failure mode most agency sites fall into.

So there were really two jobs running at once. The first was making sure every form and every piece of functionality did exactly what the client expected it to, checked case by case rather than assumed. The second was making sure a visitor never felt the weight of all that. Someone landing on the site should feel like they arrived somewhere organised, not somewhere exhausting.

Built in Next.js, with the brand work and the collateral kept in step with the site so the brochures and banners read as the same company.

04The result

What it does now

The two audiences are split into their own paths from the start. Employers get placement, contract staffing, executive search, RPO and workforce strategy. Job seekers get resume work, matching, interview prep, coaching and 30/60/90-day check-ins after placement.

The commitments that actually differentiate them lead the page rather than sitting in a footer: a first shortlist in 72 hours and a 90-day replacement guarantee.

Proof is stated concretely, including a 4.9 out of 5 rating across 340+ reviews, 98% client retention and access to more than 100,000 vetted professionals.

05In their words
Sahal got what our business needed without me having to over-explain. Fast delivery, clean result, and the site has genuinely changed how we come across to clients. I'd work with him again without hesitation.
